This....a player and a pick for a contender wanting Parise as a rental, but no way for Nash unless Parise signs extension with CBJ which he won't..unless it's a flip for multiple players which I could see happening

So the Devils might not be able to re-sign Parise yet they'd take on almost the same salary for 6 more years?Dosen't make sense.

Carter for Parise makes more sence... Nash and Parise together works Carter and Parise (who walks at the end of the season) Doesnt work... At least you still have your star in Nash and the trade rights to Parise after the deadline or you can trade him again and get a great package for him...

Just noticed, you put quotations within your own comment. Usually you use quotes when you are identifying something that someone else said. So the use of quotes here was unwarrented, as it was you saying it.

And the use of alt accounts to defend yourself is kinda lame.

I don't think the trade will happen in a million years, but I don't consider NJ a bad place to play.

i dont wanna give up bernier (but i know it will happen either this deadline or next offseason after quick signs long term) and i REALLY dont wanna loose voynov... but for zach effin parise, im ok with it!
